Keer Trans is a company that specializes in the inland transportation of heavy-lifts. At times, deliveries are made to remote areas which, initially some of these areas are inaccessible. Keer Trans also specializes in Oil field logistics services.

Keer Swamp Barge for Specialized Logistics
Keer Swamp Barge Logistics (SBL), is a company that specializes in logistics for the Oil & Gas Industry. The company was awarded a contract in 2006 – 2009 to build a site setup for the drilling operations and movements of logistics equipment and services for White Nile Petroleum Operating Corporation (WNPOC, is a Consortium between PETRONAS, ONGC, Lundin and Sudapet).
The Company fulfilled its obligations right to the end of the project in 2009.
The Contract required SBL to establish a Supply Base in Rabak, Sudan to provide logistics support for the drilling exploration operations in the Swamp Areas of Block 5b.
SBL provided the drilling rig barge and two accommodation barges that can accommodate 17 and 125 pax respectively, complete with a helicopter pad for landing. A path was cleared to gain access to the drilling rig and the support equipment during the entire operations. SBL also supplied diesel to the site and the catering services was also outsourced to SBL.
